• Strategy & Planning: Define long-term marketing vision, set goals, create annual marketing plans, and conceptualize innovative campaigns.
• Brand Management: Establish brand positioning, identity, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints (web, social, events).
• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and guide marketing professionals (digital, content, comms) to deliver on objectives.
• Budget & Performance: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, analyze campaign results, and monitor ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze consumer behavior, track competitor activities, and identify market expansion opportunities.
